Tennents are celebrating another successful year of trade shows. The 2016 events which took place at Hampden Park and BT Murrayfield Stadium respectively were better attended than ever before.
As well as the full range of Tennent’s owned brands, 45 other suppliers, representing a 15% increase on 2015, showcased in excess of 2000 brands. Both venues proved hugely popular, with over 400 licensed trade owners /buyers attending across the two days – the number of customers attending Edinburgh was + 40% year on year.
The trade shows are an opportunity to work in partnership with our suppliers enabling the trade to make the most of special offers, discounts, master class seminars, promotional activity and giveaways available. Over the course of the two days, 3,300 orders were placed as customers prepared for the critical festive period.
Additionally, dozens of prizes were available including football tickets to some of this season’s biggest games and golf at some of the finest courses Scotland.
The headline prize of a £10,000 contribution towards an outlet refurbishment was won by Café Bar 10 in Forfar.
